So, you've got one day to make the most of your time in Margaret River ...what are you going to do? ....read this blog!

We'll keep it snappy (coz let's face it, you don't have much time) but here's your step-by-step guide to seeing Margaret River in a day!

7.00am - be ready to go, coz we've got a jam-packed day for you, but first you need to fuel up, so go and grab some breakky overlooking the ocean at Prevelly, at Margaret Rivers best breakfast spot, The Sea Garden Cafe! Sea Gardens has an indoor area and plenty of heating to keep you warm and their menu features something for everyone and can cater for all your dietary requirements ...vegans, gluten free, dairy free - they got you!

8.30am - enroute to your next activity, you'll drive through the majestic Boranup Forest! The vast expanse of towering Karri trees are like being in a wonderland! And best of all, this incredible piece of nature, won't cost you a thing, and you don't even need to turn off the main road. Whilst there are plenty of tracks to wander through the forest, the best vantage and photo point is right of caves road. If you're heading south, keep an eye out for the yellow fairy sign, you'll go around a big sweeping bend, and there is an area to pull over right there on the left (as seen in the image above). Take a snap, and leave in awe!

9.00am - trust me, the caves in Margaret River are something else. Even if you're not really into the scenic stuff, you won't be disappointed! Mammoth Cave is the closest cave to Margaret River (approximately 15 mins south of town) and is also one of the most impressive! On the way you'll drive through the majestic Boranup ForestTo make sure you get to your next activity, you'll want to be on the first opening slot at 9.00am, and give yourself a good 45-minutes to see it all, but don't be late, because you will want to make sure you're back in time to catch your next activity!

10.30am (or earlier depending on where you're staying) - It's WINE TIME BABY! That's right, no trip to Margaret River would be complete without heading out on Margaret River's most iconic and notorious wine tour ...Wine for Dudes! So leave the rental car at your accommodation and go out exploring all the delights of Margaret River's world-renowned wine region with the best Margaret River wine tour you could ask for! Jump on with a group of legendary randoms on our Wine and Beer Adventure, or for something more exclusive, book your own Private Charter! 6.00pm - If you've still got juice in the tank after a day with the dudes sipping your way through Margaret River, then it's time to head out for more food! There's no shortage of top quality restaurants in Margaret River, so we'll point you in the direction of one of our all-time favs, Morries! 8.00pm - the night is still young, so wrap your laughing gear around a cocktail at Margaret River's newest and best cocktail bar, Rhum Burgandy! Owned by three good mates ... Billy (a former dudes guide) is one an all-time legend, one of Australia's top mixologist, and renowned locally for experimenting with spirits and setting them on fire; then there's the wine side, with an impressive wine list put together by Dylan and Taryn, who founded one of Margaret River's funkiest wine labels, LS Merchants!
