What’s Happening? We can’t go past Skigh Wines Night of Noir! If indulging in the delights of blood red pinots sounds like your thang, then you’re not going to want to miss this one …and they’re going all out!
Guests are being asked to dress in their finest black attire (..because Pinot commands nothing less!) and immerse yourself in an evening around fires, where you’ll be taken through a wicked tasting of Pinots Noirs from the South West, to the Great Southern, to New Zealand.
Guests will also be treated to a feast of canapes from Supper Rd, sweet gelato and heady beats from a vinyl DJ!

Dylan Arvidson, owner and winemaker of LS Merchants will be at the decks, bringing the beats for an evening that will definitely be so damn fun!

What’s Happening? An experience like this comes around but once in a blue moon!
This years Better Beef event at Arimia Estate will focus on but one 50/50 Black Angus/Wagu, 4 year old, 100% grass-fed, local Nillup Steer, where the focus of each of the four dishes will be on the characteristics of this single special animal.
This experience is the culmination of nearly five years of vision and planning from the farmer and chef, and now it’s happening for just 34 exclusive diners.
Probably not one for the vegans!
